That’s our why at Goodrich Area Schools - and it’s the reason we are so grateful for the community’s support in approving the November 2025 Bond. This bond is a commitment to the future of our children and the strength of our community. Together, we said yes to learning environments that match the potential of our students and opportunities that prepare them for life after graduation.

We believe our students deserve safe, modern, and engaging spaces where they can learn, grow, explore their interests, and discover their paths. From updated classrooms and critical infrastructure improvements to expanded learning opportunities and spaces designed for collaboration, this investment ensures our schools keep pace with the needs of today’s learners and tomorrow’s workforce.

2020 Completed Bond Projects

The passing of the $19.2 million dollar Bond Millage in 2020 allowed us to address critical infrastructure needs and laid the groundwork for the future renovation and transformation of our district programs and spaces. The centerpiece of the bond was our Oaktree Gymnasium addition. This gave our growing Grades 2-5 student population a space dedicated to physical education but also freed up the cafetorium for lunch. The redesign of our highly popular Makerspaces, Innovation Lab and Martian Union allowed staff and students the opportunity to pilot furniture and programming for future Bond projects.

Phone system, server, handsets replaced; E911 location capability added

2021-2022

Classroom teaching wall upgrades (interactive panel & classroom sound system)
